AS PICTURE ATTACHED THE COLOR OF THE PRODUCT WAS WRONG WE PLACE THE COLOR CODE IN THE ARTWORK FORM CORRECTLY BUT THE ONE WE RECIEVED WAS A SALMON/CORAL TONE... IT HAS TO BE PANTONE 2035C I REALLY INTENSE TONE OF RED PICTURE OF THE CORRECT COLOR IN A BOX AND WAT WE RECIEVE ATTACHED

I submitted order 273_054_SO back on 07/31 and approved artwork and just recently got confirmation that it shipped. The quality of service has dropped since a new rep Erica Richardson has taken over our orders, although I have no doubt she has and is doing her best myself and my peers are submitting orders that are then responded to with incorrect information and or shipped to us incorrect even after the correct artwork was approved.
