Need a better explanation for the carry bags when purchasing a vinyl banner option. Need to let the customer know that the bag will not fit the banner or suggest a bag that will fit a banner.

Experience with people was great, print looks nice, material has issues. I don't know if it's the flag material or the flag pool kit causing the problems but I've only used this flag once and the loophole has a hole in it and is already separating.

Selected speed option (preview graphics by 3pm (Friday) and 2-day shipping). Received nothing Friday. No customer service on weekend. Finally got preview early the following week and it eventually arrived (too late for retirement function for which it was ordered). Product itself was good.

A little disappointing with customer service

A full refund was finally given for the product.
