Feather banners turned out good. The design team followed my update instructions accurately. The online file submitting and proofing system was hard to use.

The first version of the tabletop banner was defective and came apart when first assembled, but a replacement was sent immediately. The new banner arrived in time for the event it was ordered for and worked perfectly. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service and communication, however the product we ordered was not in stock and wasn't likely to be replenished for some time. Customer service let us know promptly, and replaced the item with an alternative, but the replacement was not the intended look. The website did not indicate the product was out of stock ahead of time, but this might be a useful feature that could be added.

instructions from customer service rep were incomplete which resulted in a frustrating proof process. the banner were received in time.
