Great customer service and communication, however the product we ordered was not in stock and wasn't likely to be replenished for some time. Customer service let us know promptly, and replaced the item with an alternative, but the replacement was not the intended look. The website did not indicate the product was out of stock ahead of time, but this might be a useful feature that could be added.
