The website was easy to move around in. Easy to place order and turnaround time very good.

Product was great, art approval was slower than I remember and caused us to lose a day in the mfg schedule.

Feather banners turned out good. The design team followed my update instructions accurately. The online file submitting and proofing system was hard to use.

The first version of the tabletop banner was defective and came apart when first assembled, but a replacement was sent immediately. The new banner arrived in time for the event it was ordered for and worked perfectly. Excellent customer service.
