Priced a refinance loan directly through multiple lenders and decided (almost) on Rocket Mortgage; even though I still wasn't thrilled with the high closing costs. While browsing social media, I came across a link to price a re-finance loan using the Simplist platform. I went through the 5-minute process (literally) and sure enough, Simplist was offering virtually the same loan (also through Rocket Mortgage) for roughly 30% of the previously quoted closing cost price that was offered directly through Rocket Mortgage. For the 5-minutes I spent seeing if it would be beneficial to work with Simplist on my refinance, I saved upwards of $7,000 in closing costs and another $100/month on my new mortgage! Working with Simplist was the best decision I could have made for my refinance. Robert, Anna, and Stephanie were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They guided me through the process and had my loan approved in 3 business days!
