Very happy I stumbled across Simplist during my search for a lender to refinance my home. Everything about the experience, from first contact with the website to working with the broker (Jonathan), was five stars. Simplist got me a rate that blew everyone else out of the water and we closed with a check in hand in about 2 weeks! Amazing service from start to finish and I would recommend Simplist to anyone.

Seung and his team were amazing and instrumental in helping us to close 3 loans during the latter half of this year. We were initially hesitant to switch to Simplist because we were told that the rates were "too good to be true"--- Well, they are true! And the process was seamless. All three loans were cleared to close with time to spare. Documents are uploaded electronically and Seung is available to answer questions along the way. Highly recommend!!!
