My loan agent Zouhair was knowledgeable, honest and responsive to all of our questions. We closed escrow on our loan in about 3 weeks and I would use Simplist again in a heartbeat! Oh, did I mention we got a great interest rate along with very minimal fees? Don't hesitate to try Simplist!

I have done many refinance before, but it seems Simplist was in the Major League and the other in the Minors. They went beyond over exceeded my expectations. Also, went the extra mile with my refi. One of the best characteristics a mortgage loan originator can possess is responsiveness because it shows that you're a priority. They took me seriously. 3. In the last 12 years, my husband and I have bought and sold 8 homes, and refinanced at least 6 or 7x. We have never worked with better lenders.
