FastField is being used for safety and production forms, audits and logs. We started with one audit application and the users quickly asked about other applications. We have about 20 applications at present, which expand each year. The different types of data fields add flexibility to form design. We ran into some limitations with the forms, but functionality seems to improve each year.

i find it too hard to set up forms. I have paid to have one set up and then found I needed to adjust it, but I cannot without messing it up. Not that happy. Would like to submit a form and have you set it up. But I got back an email that says I can do it myself.

I can no longer see my form on my phone when someone sends. Now I have to log in every time and then download it to my phone. Then go pull it up from there.

Lost my form design during creation and could not get it back. I lost 1 weeks' worth of work.
