I only used the form once in a while. I loved having it, but I feel for someone like me, it would be great to be charged at a lower rate to use the form at a more limited access.

My interactions with the company have been slow or missed. But the product is reliable, even though I wish it had some features like advanced scripting and remote database integration. The app loads fast, and use it to capture pre and post repair checklists of cell phone repairs in the field. Zapier sends this data to Airtable, and Fastfield sends a PDF to Google Drive through Zapier. Every customer who wants a copy by selecting a box in the form then gets a copy based on the PDF and Airtable data.
