The videos you post are very basic. Why not have more complex videos? If you walk us through a complex video, we would also learn the simple applications. The only reason I can think as to why all of your videos are so basic, is so that we will need to hire you to do the more complex. We use these forms for our inspection reports. They are fairly simple to create and make and have the client sign accepting the terms and disclaimers. We have however found that the forms cannot allow the client to sign remotely AND accept each individual disclaimer box when sent via email. We have to then use DocUSign to have the client sign this. The software also has limitations in that the drop down boxes created are automatically populated when creating the pdf to share with client, even though that particular disclaimer may not even apply to that client. This causes confusion and is a difficult work around. We are shopping for software that allows this even when creating the report and client isn’t standing there ready to sign.

I am very disappointed that I can't access the system with Internet Explorer any more. We are a large global corporation and all of my work is through IE. I needed to download Chrome just for you product.

The forms are great. It is WAY too hard to speak to someone for assistance. Voicemails and emails are not returned!
