great idea but has its problems, especially in editing reports. Very hard to understand how to permanently change the format if it is not suiting and advice is not very easily understood by the normal lay person. Recently have had to use the Query/Export data screen to edit reports but cannot save the edited report from that screen. When done properly, the reports do look professional and work well.

You should make it easier for clients. It is very time consuming and the reports that come out are not simplified.

Overall app works ok. However, with base line phones, we experience a lot of issues with being able to login and submit reports. We're also having issues with iPhones and Samsung S7 where app crashes and has to restart a lot.

We chose FastFieldForms as our platform for site assessments as it is significantly more affordable than other similar services on the market. It's relatively intuitive and the form builder is solid (7/10, can be clumsy when you want to copy and repeat sections). The issue we have is the reporting side of things still isnt quite there yet. The ability to upload a custom report is excellent, however once you have done that there is very little flexibility in terms of changing report formats after site visits have been undertaken. Similarly, the report does not remove blank lines when you upload a custom template which means we have long reports that need to be manually updated by deleting all of the blank lines (takes hours!!). For the price its pretty good, but we look forward to further update and more flexibility in reporting outputs (for example, being able to generate multiple types of reports from the one set of data rather than each assessment form being linked to a single report format).
