My users prefer the Beta web browser forms to those done on their phones or tablets. Please put more effort into those. Also we would like forms to be more collaborative, like Google Docs, where multiple users can be editing the same form at the same time. For instance we manage apartment complexes and use the service for quarterly property inspections. We would love for the maintenance guys to do the unit inspections at the same time the same time the manager is doing the office inspection.

Fastfield has been a huge asset to our company but we would love a little more from the program---when we have our guys use it for pool maintenance, it would be nice for them to be able to look back at other visits to review pictures, readings etc. Also, sometimes, the ability to add customers and items in real-time (when the guys are in the field) would be great...we can't really upload every part and every price from the office and the ability for the guys to do this from the field would be great.

Connectivity issues and error in submissions with multiple phones. Sometimes PDF reports aren't being sent to our email, but are found on servers website. When calling to get assistance, always told that no one else experiences issue but us.

I love the ease of use of the program, however when creating drop down’s (specific characteristics of the client’s property) we cannot get the program to NOT include the boxes and disclaimers created by our team that are NOT applicable to that client. It’s a software limitation that FastField has not gotten a work around to yet. This is frustrating when you only want the disclaimers to pop up that are actually relevant to that client.

It would be a huge improvement if page breaks were available to improve the presentation of pdf delivery ie having a section heading on the last line of a page and the section on the following page
