I would like a cheaper rate for individual use.

the price per user is becoming exponentially untenable and way outside of market competition. Please consider addressing pricing structures for more than 5 users to something more reasonable.

Fix up the Camera App... the fact I can’t use zoom features makes me want to find another service.

Informative videos would make better tutorials on how to complete certain functions pictures and text can be hard to understand.

I really like this product. Unfortunately the support is absolute crap. If a question is too hard or it's clear the product update has caused the issue the support team just stop responding to requests for assistance / resolution. So unprofessional.
