Working with your forms team has been frustrating, to say the least. Continued mistakes, incomplete work, they go MIA when they are supposed to be working on an issue.

I have lots of feedback. Please contact me directly.

It'd be nice if certain fields could have locked formatting (e.g. just numbers, title case, phone number format, etc.). It'd also be good if it had a maps annotation tool (say, a screenshot of google earth/satellite that you could mark up.

I love the forms, but sometimes there are glitches in calculations and fields that show up on reports. This is the main reason for not giving a higher score. It would also be nice to have a full form rule or function for making all of certain answers do something (like not be in report if = 0) But other than that good product. Get these things 5 stars
