I really would like tiered memberships. I have a couple employees that only need a couple forms per months and it's hard to justify paying $20 each for them.

Good app, but often my users are having trouble to open their submitted forms (then I have to dispatch to them again) and also I have another user that, when he submits his forms, it never is sent by e-mail - I believe that is because his phone take pictures with high level quality and make the file very big, but anyway I think it should be a way to send it automatically by e-mail.

Getting better, Is versatile. Takes a bit to get to know. I do wish the servicing would be a little bit prompter Time difference though

The functionality of the forms is good and quite intuitive to use. The customer support are helpful. It would be useful to access per form. We have multiple operatives who have adhoc use of a form, approx once a month which would prove very expensive on the current billing arrangement
