Would like a few customisations, however found the platform very good to start with, it requires patience to get to know when using it on the fly. In the future I may need to look to build a custom app specifically to address the draw backs or limitations of this app.

Needs a better scripting interface, has the potential to be very powerful but like a script ability guts its usefulness

Fastfield is an intuitive and easy to use program with lots of features. My main complaint is that the program is very expensive and there is little room for negotiation on price. I would like all my workers to use this app but it would be unreasonably expensive to do this at their current rates. I am stuck using it for "odds and ends" instead of integrating it across the plant as a whole.

Product is great. Service is below useful.

Awesome product perfect for what I do without failure... camera section needs work to make it better but works perfectly.
