Good software for inspections. Easy to set up forms . A little extra help needed on setup of forward systems to automate them with extra users etc. Lots of endless possibilities. Graphics could be a little better. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We have had a few issues recently while your systems have been updating with regards to images deleting/ captions deleting. Workflow history feature not working to name a few. We are happy with the general features but when things glitch it can have a large negative impact on our efficiencies.

Could benefit from having a numbering facility for photographs. Also being able to store a bank of files which the user could access whilst using the form.

it's alittle pricey

Application has lots of great features, but the tutorials provided online haven't been updated to show this. Oftentimes submitting a Help Ticket can clear up any questions, but unfortunately the level of help varies depending on the person assigned to your submission.
