Common problems should be addressed. Looks like the company is under staffed as it is hard to get tech support and not many improvements over the year that I can see.

Get tired of having to redo a bunch of stuff when you make a slight change. We will be moving on here soon to another solution in October.

Needs to be refreshed. Interface is dated and functionality limited

Looking for help. Happy to pay for help to adjust my existing form. No reply from support. App is great. Delivery format is just ok. Small things can be adjusted. Desktop mode is still 2005. Not clean not smooth. User experience is hard.
