We like 95% of your product and works well. Except on the customization of the Dispatch. If the change need could be accomplished the software would completely handle our needs.

I love the Fastfield program but adding each user is very expensive.

We are happy with Fastfield generally. However, recently there have been updates to the form which are not yet working perfectly. There are sync issues across different devices and we are having a particular problem where files that were stored in 'In Progress' keep on re-appearing in 'Inbox'. This is confusing and hard to keep track of. However we are confident that when these issues have been addressed the updates will be a great improvement for the app and improve user experience.

Need on line class for changes I love FastField once I figure out changes

Good app and nice team, getting their with delivery reports and the forwarding . Feel a sales support person calling every month might help us get better. Some more templates for forwarding and seeing how certain business do their surveys would help.
