The concept is great and the app works really well when completing forms. Making and editing forms is not so great as it is not 'what you see is what you get'. We have to keep looking at the preview to see what it will look like to the user. I really wish the editing screen looked like the final screen including visibility of all text and images. A real key point that is missing is not having the ability to add static images to individual questions. We have to have separate images and then questions which is not ideal.

Used it for a few years now and the mobile product itself works fine. New web portal is terrible. It used to be if you had a question or issue you could chat anytime. The past couple times I had questions it said "Chat was unavailable for 30 hours" which seems like a weirdly specific number to receive multiple times

I think creating a form could be easier. And the subforms. This can be very frustrating it is not as user friendly as I thought.
