Mobile app is great. Web app is awful, very slow with un-necessary continuous interruption. If you copy and paste into your forms on a desktop, don’t bother with this.

Difficult to change the form

See last years review. The autosave feature on the web app and submission editor is awful, doesn’t actually save and just wastes loads of time. Please can this be removed as a feature.

Works okay but still having issues with one of my team members saving their work for the day, when they take photos the app closes down then when they reopen none of their work for the day is saved.

We love the product, we are very disappointed with support. We identified a bug and its been over a year with no resolution and this bug has caused hundreds of hours of reworking our application to relies on being fed information from your system.
