FastField forms has revolutionized our form processes. We have tripled form completion productivity and improved our customer retention and execution in the field. That said, there are a few "wants" that would make this a 5-star solution, being better reporting and tracking functionality. This is still something we must complete manually from the data filter.

This product has helped keep our client data secure when they are signing in for an appointment. We have been able to develop our form from a very simple sign-in to a more robust client lookup for quick data retrieval and reporting. As the functionality continues to improve, the better the program gets, and, of course, it’s always exciting to find new tools or improvements that have been made to the program so that we can better serve our clients.

As a dealer, Fastfield has been very easy to work with. The only complaint being lack of followup on some support requests. Regardless, the software is intuitive and easy to use and complex forms can be made without hassle. The amount of options open to us and our clients has greatly increased our productivity and reliance on external support. There are still bugs that are being worked out, but they are minor inconveniences compared to the advantages of using FastField.

This is very useful app due to it's ability to record everything real time during an inspection at a specific site and submit the report instantly. The form is customizable to incorporate any type of asset and there is still room for improvement to do that easily and that is the reason why I gave 4 star. We also had issues with service availability and network.
