We are using FastField Mobile forms to conduct teacher observations. It has proven to be very beneficial because now all of our observers are using the same form so we can collect data and analyze it with the goal of improving teaching and learning in our school. I have already seen a considerable improvement in many different classrooms.

We find fast field forms excellent for in the field instrumentation calibration checks, softcopy timesheets and milage recording. The option to put photos and location screen shots on the form has been brillant for visual records and location identification. The form ensures that all works are recorded in softcopy instantaniously and no sheets go missing. Also all calibration fields required must be completed so no part of the calibration procedure can be overlooked We would like to see improvements to the ease of naming individual forms i.e. the sheet can be identified as a site reference. We would also like the option to group individual forms together in one PDF for download and/or PDF batch downloads for ease of input into reports. Overall we feel the site has allowed us to reduce paperwork and double handling considerably and with a few minor tweaks that I mentioned the system will have significant time saving implications for us.

FastField has been a very helpful tool for communication between our corporate office and the field. Our employees in our field offices find the application easy to use, and can submit their data in a short amount of time. The only issue was have had with FastField is resetting passwords.

It was ok but not modern

I have repeatedly provided feedback requesting a return to the simplicity of the previous version. Labelling of photos got twice is labour-intensive as a result of the last update. I won’t be providing feedback again
