Very easy to use and great customer service if I have any issues they are quick to help me and address it or walk me thru it.

Over the last 12 months we have used mobile forms to track and collect information for mine closure and rehabilitation. Creating the forms was first challenge however given advice form the staff and working through the process we have been able to develop what we need. Operational staff now using the forms and providing advice on improvements. Data collection and analysis is a lot simpler and save significant time in reporting. When issues have arise support from staff has been excellent even when you are located in Australia. One staff member in particular was not so keen on eth system but recently started to use and create forms and now is hooked and sees the benefits.

A couple of small items keep you from being a 5 star. Since we use this form for data capturing, it would be nice to have a keyboard that is programmed for email addresses. You have a numeric option, create an email option. When I fill out forms, I see this all the time where there is an @ symbol, .com button all on the home keyboard page so the customer doesn't have to search for it. I deal with older clientele. I want as easy as possible. And 2nd, it would be nice when a customer submits the form, if a blank form automatically popped back up for the next customer instead of the staff having to select the form. Otherwise, it has been great for what we use it for.

I love fast field. I think once you get the hang of it, building forms can be really easy. Its nice having my inspection form in my phone and even better that the report is ready when im finished. The only gripe i have, is the reports can be difficult to sift through. I have over 100 questions in my form and sifting through which questions that a person missed can be time consuming. It would be great if the questions missed were presented first on the report. EcoSure has had this capabilities with their audits and program for years.
