Good

Great tool that helps us a lot every day! Would be cool if internationalization (such as special characters treatment) would be implemented faster.

Very good, ideal for what we require

Great product, good to produce work however we still need to copy / paste results to our own disigned form, shame we cannot post results straight to our "template". for example the word, single photo, needs to be able to be removed from the results. also we should be able to add the hidden text from our template which could then be posted with the findings. still the best form package we have found, Great product

Hi this a good form but I'm engineer is now having problems submitting form.
