Easy to use after you get set up with some help. To get it working to opitum takes some support calls from team. Very helpful team . Push deliveries and alerts difficult to program for your basic user. Would like a nicer drop down menu than the list picker option. Colour options a little limited. Priced competitive for a good product.

It just does what it claims to do. Service from the technical people are great

I have made a couple of requests for features which would make FastField a much better product. For example it would be great if there was an option for the colour coding of the forms to continue to the output pdf (or at least have this as an option that can be turned on or off. Additionally we have had issues with one of our users, and I have felt that we have been given some convenient excuses "its actually an issue with Google, not our problem" or "just have your customers view the form in adobe and it will work fine" While these excuses appear reasonable, we are paying for a service and expect that when the service is not working, that you at FastField make every effort to resolve that issue. If there is an issue with Google viewing, then there should be efforts made to resolve this rather than just telling us it is an issue.
