I have not had to use customer support

FastfField is very powerful and very easy to use. I have tested a number of forms but this is by far the easiest one to use with a lot of advance features made very simple to use. I have set up advanced site inspections in limited time without requiring programming skills. Editing and uploading to the field teams is also very simple. The FastField support team is extremely helpful and have attended to all my queries in no time. Thanks for a very well developed application!

Josh is always a great help, there's never an issue I run into that he doesn't solve the same day

Josh's response is always prompt and helpful and I have my issue fixed in just three emails. Great help and excellent support.

Very valuable tool for our company. So versatile and easily used across many platforms of our company.
