For the most part everything
For the most part everything went smoothly with Family Credit Management. I did not like the fact that when I was ready to pay off all of my debit, that I had to call each creditor to find out the pay off balance. Also the on-line service i.e. see who the creditors were, there was not contact information for the creditors or balances. I had to call each one and wait on hold to find this information out. It's pointless to have an on-line option of it doesn't give any pertinent information.
When I called to make my final payment which was actually 2 years earlier than expected I called and called to make the payment, and finally someone answered and said everyone was busy and they couldn't help me at that time then asked if I would call back.
I had asked prior to paying off the debt if I could get copies of the paid off debt from the creditors mailed to me from FCM and I was told I had to call each company and request that information myself.
