One issue is that your statement balances differ from actual credit card company statements. For $24 a month one would think you could audit your records from the credit card companies.

I would not recommend Family credit to anyone before you do your homework and check out your other options. They wrecked my credit and did not deliver what they promised. They did NOT reduce my payment, in fact my payments were increased after they stopped payments to my creditors which in turn wrecked the credit rating. I could have continued making my own payments thus avoiding the $35/mo you pay to them on top of your payment. The only thing they did for me was to negotiate with my creditors to eliminate some penalties fees. I could have done this for myself.

They cant even get their customers email right even after getting notified it was wrong. Shared all their information with the wrong person.

I had 2 issues were my personal was paid late 2 times in a row. Due to that issue my account was frozen both times causing me problems paying my other bills. I had to take back control of that account of that account, the only reason i still have an account with this company is because for 1 of my 3 accounts you got me a much lower interest rate and I don't want to be penalized with fees for canceling.
