I've been an AIS customer for the better part of 10 years. For every insurance issue I've had, they've been responsive and fast in either getting me information, a quote, a change to my policy or even helping me with the unforeseen accident. My most recent interaction with them was to add a third car, an electric car, to my policy. I needed to know the monthly cost of the policy so that I could determine if the total cost of operating (TCO) was the same as what I pay for gas on a weekly basis. I got the quote, then negotiated the cost of the car, then a week later, when I took delivery of the car, I called back and the quote was ready and the policy bound in about 3 minutes. Nice!
