I've been an AIS customer
I've been an AIS customer for the better part of 10 years. For every insurance issue I've had, they've been responsive and fast in either getting me information, a quote, a change to my policy or even helping me with the unforeseen accident. My most recent interaction with them was to add a third car, an electric car, to my policy. I needed to know the monthly cost of the policy so that I could determine if the total cost of operating (TCO) was the same as what I pay for gas on a weekly basis.
I got the quote, then negotiated the cost of the car, then a week later, when I took delivery of the car, I called back and the quote was ready and the policy bound in about 3 minutes. Nice!
