very time I have called AIS with a problem or request that have resolved the issue in an efficient and competent manner.

I had contact with a tech named Annabelle this morning. She was very courteous and knowledgeable and handled my problem with speed and accuracy. I am very proud to bea member of this agency!

Can't believe how fast they were able to get my claim going. I called at 8pm and promptly got through to an agent. Filed the claim within 15 min, fast and easy! I was able to submit pictures to get the estimate and had the estimate by the next morning. Very happy with the people, the response time and everything else!
