I ordered a Valentine Card which should have been delivered on 11th February - it is now 17th February and the card has still not arrived.

Not easy to use, wanted to by a few items for the same person but couldn't, had to buy them separately. Please improve!

Card vouchers never arrived.

I found the site very user unfriendly. After making my purchases I was asked to sign in and then found my basket was empty so had to start all over again! It's rather laborious having to go through the same process for each purchase. I persevered because I have enormous report for WA but was Very frustrated!

Nothing wrong with the gift itself but problems with the delivery by post. Didn't arrive on the specified date so waited 2 days and phoned. Assured it would be sent out again but again it has not arrived on the specified date. It is part of a birthday gift so its non arrival is particularly disappointing
