I was very disappointed when I received the e card which I was giving to a mature couple as a wedding present. Having spent a reasonable amount of money it did not seem very appropriate to have words like pressie and pumptastic on the card. I managed to copy and paste some of the card and add more detail about Water Aid. I was very pleased that I was able to edit it before it went to the wedding couple. They were delighted with the gift.

Good thoughtful present

I believe Actionaid are busy but disappointed as I never received the promised acknowledgement - an automated response. As this was a gift I emailed twice to check it had gone. Only got a reply saying they were busy. Fortunately the gift arrived. Still no response just this survey

Bought 3 gifts for print delivery; after 3 weeks still no sign of delivery!
