I was delighted by this chance to give to Water Aid in this attractive and amusing way. I sent two cards/gifts, but only one arrived. Not sure why. It might be nice to make the cards a little bigger and more visually attractive. Agreed you want to keep as much money as possible for the good cause, but the card was on the small and flimsy side. I would do this again, despite the disappointment above.

More choice of card design (eg Christmas ) would have been better

I always find this site a tad muddly to navigate, for instance, when purchasing gift cards as presents. It isn't obvious. And this year, I was asked what I thought of the gift before it had arrived, despite specifying a date for its arrival. When it arrived I was disappointed to not that a/ this year there was no envelope supplied with the gift card (so that's going to look scrappy and like an afterthought in a misfitting envelope I have to supply, and b/ the gift card is now smaller and seems slightly insignificant. I can well imagine someone at head office coming up with a seemingly cost saving thing like 'no envelope and make the card smaller' but, to be honest, I'm disappointed with the overall look of the much reduced 'gift'. I will think twice about where to spend my hard earned next year.

The only negative was because I wanted to buy three instead of Christmas cards I had to purchase 3 separate gifts also I never received the email card

Gift was perfect but despite Naomi's fantastic efforts, the only way I could get this to my friend was to have it sent to me and I posted it to her. Two cards did not get to her and email cards did not reach her or me. I want to buy more gifts from you but have had my confidence in your ability to deliver, shaken
