Website easy to negotiate. I would have liked more diversity in the design of the cards

I wanted a Water Aid charity Christmas gift for my sister. The water pump appealed more than the toilet, (as I felt this might have been misconstrued) BUT the water pump card was plain and unattractive, not set up as a Christmas gift, SO I decorated it myself with designs of holly and mistletoe sprigs in coloured pens, which did make it more personal and attractive, before sending it on to my sister. I hope she is pleased with her Christmas offering! A lovely gift - just needed a bit more Christmassy decoration to make it look nice!

I liked the appearance of the card and the information provided. I was disappointed that the card was so small and that I couldn't increase the quantity ie the value of the donation.

Idea is good, but I still haven't received gift cards...

Good idea & the gift is well explained. But (1) we should be able to use lines/paragraphs and italics etc in our messages; and (2) email was delivered immediately and not on the specified day.
