would rather it wasn't made of plastic

Bought this for a Christmas Present after ‘ buying’ a toilet for the same recipient last year. By comparison the water tank didn’t come with the same info and felt less of a gift. Know charities want to keep their costs down but it helps the recipient to know more of the cause.

It's a nice gift to give someone but I still haven't received the card.

Web site quite confusing, please make it simple! Should be in value order & couldn’t buy multiple ‘presents’ for the same person on the same transaction. Thanks

I purchased 2x latrines as a wedding present for some friends. I believe the latrines will make someone very happy and give dignity and convenience to a family. However l found your website not the easiest to use. As l wanted to spend £100 - the website would not allow me to increase the quantity and l had to apply for the two latrines separately - after many attempts. It’s only a small thing l realise but finding something so inconvenient could deter people from donating. Kindest regards Pauline
