It would have been nice to be copied into the email to the recipient of the gift so that I knew when the gift had been delivered and what actually had been sent. I felt I needed to ask the recipient to check the gift had been delivered which felt a bit uncomfortable

No e gift was received by recipient

We bought this for our Dad’s birthday as he is a real supporter of WaterAid. We chose the e-card which arrived on time but unfortunately Dad couldn’t open the images. I emailed to explain this but never received a response which was disappointing. Dad loves the photos of the kids who look overjoyed at the simple pleasure of fresh water and we were all disappointed for him that he didn’t receive what he should have.

Unless we missed something, we think you have made the not unreasonable assumption that most people want to only buy ONE thing from your web site, it was very hard work to actually buy two or more things, perhaps you could modify your site to only put name and address in ONCE at the end of ALL purchases? Or if we have missed something, make it a little more obvious how to do multiple purchases with one name and address.

Good website however. You can’t edit comments messages once they are in your basket, had to delete item and go back to start
