A good range of gifts which were very suitable but unfortunately the delivery date options were highly optimistic. The cards have still not been received.

By allowing a choice of cards for the gift being chosen. For example, I chose the midwife wash basins and water gift and had no choice but to send my 61 year old cousin a card which said, ' you've had a baby' etc She's got a sense of humour but I couldn't find a way around it. Thanks to everyone who helps those who need clean water.

Really wanted to buy gifts for primary age children but so disappointed with the choice of gift card covers for that age range. Pleased with the presentation inside the card when received

I had more difficulty with the website than I have in the past: entering data correctly then seeing it displayed scrambled on the next page; having to do parts of the sequence twice to get them accepted: that sort of thing. Common enough problems, and everything worked in the end.

I wanted to donate £50 but the £50 gift was from a best man! The water pump gift I bought was £27 and there was no option to offer a larger sum, so I ended up donating less! The gift was very much appreciated though by the recipient.
