We think the process was relatively straightforward. but it was before Christmas, so about two weeks ago, so cannot really remember.

thanks to the post office the card took longer than expected to arrive

The website is easy to use, but I would really have liked more information about where the gifts I bought were going to and exactly how they are going to be used.

I think the gift will be appreciated and enjoyed more than a traditional gift. However concerns outside of my control, or Wateraids, made this quite a stressful thing to do this year.
