I do many purchases with Spectrum and this survey does give me a specific Purchase Order #, so I can't give an accurate review without knowing which PO you are referring to.

Shipping charge is a little expensive.

Chemical was shipped quickly, however it was very short dated (5 months) and they wouldn't take it back without a 25% restocking fee. The product was expensive, and definitely should've been listed as a short-dated chemical prior to sale.

I have had an issue multiple times where if I don't call and specifically request a lot, I get sent a lot of Phos Acid that expires within 3-4 months. Its not worth the hassle to have to order this again and again, or call everytime I need one product.

I never received this product. I never received a notice if it shipped. I’m still awaiting the order and then I just received a survey instead
