You charged and refunded my CC a penny. For corporate accounts this causes me a lot more work. These charges show up on my CC without an invoice. Corporate makes it very difficult on me when reconciling my CC for the month for charges without an invoice. I will be looking for other sources from now on.

The delayed shipping that required two phone calls to rectify was unacceptable. The fact that no one from the company bothered to let us know the shipping would be delayed a month from the original estimated ship date is just not good. I probably will find another supplier for this product.

It is very frustrating to purchase product which your website shows as availabale to ship that day only to find out, well, not so much. To then further be told by one of your associates on inquiry, that the computer availablity can never be relied on, basically frosts it for me.

My trehalose came with powder all over. You should work on the packaging. Maybe use a shrink wrap band and not fill it all the way. Thanks
