I placed the order by e-mail but received no response. Waited a week and replaced the order. Once you acknowledged it was shipped promptly.

Hi- I've found that the order at Spectrum Chemical Co. was quick! My account was approved quickly but there were problems. Although I filled out my profile, my orders were sent and billed to a different location and billing account within the Univ. of WI. My order for Eau Claire, WI was sent to the VA hospital in Madison. I've never had ties to them so am not sure how this happened. I've since checked my profile and re-associated my contact information for the Eau Claire billing. The people at the VA were kind enough to drop it off at FedEx after I sent a label. That said, Spectrum Chemical was able to get items to me when VWR, Grainger, and Fischer Sci were not! Thank you, LM
