It took longer than expected to get my account set up and tax ID accepted. I was first given the wrong email address to send the tax ID to. Once I sent it to the correct email address, I was not given any indication that the document was received. I had to try and figure out who to call to ensure that the tax ID was received. It would have been helpful to receive a confirmation receipt email. It took more than a week and a half to get the tax ID settled so that taxes would not be charged to my account. Once the account was set up correctly, ordering and receipt of materials was seamless!

Spectrum used to be one of the easiest vendors I worked with. In the last few months I've noticed the quality of customer service has declined. I've experienced quite a few delays on shipments and have had a hard time getting answers from anyone. Then they went through a system upgrade and everything just broke. I used to receive fantastic automated shipping confirmations which had all of the details of what shipped, the tracking number and the COAs. I haven't received one since the system change and can't get customer service to send me the documentation I need. I've had to start looking for everything myself on the website. I hope they are able to bounce back soon.

I was informed that (1) of my items would be available right away and the other would be a month away. So far i have not received either. And to add insult to injury, co-workers that order the available item already received theirs and I have received no communication about what the delay is.

On the site when ordered it showed in stock - I have still not gotten all the items, nor confirmation on when they are coming. This is holding up the entire production?? last communication from your staff was some time ago. If this happens there should be better communication from the back order people ??
