Hard to order when you dont know how long it will be to get your order. 3 weeks and still waiting

The new website does not hold items in the favorites and does not save/store my email just the password. The site only offers find it yourself and order it. The back order is not consistent, the date keeps changing after an order is placed if I am fortunate to get am email otherwise I have to reach out to my sales rep.

We have been a long standing customer of Spectrum. Our company is relocating and adding the new address to be available during our transition has been more complicated than expected.

The products are fine. But 30 days after receiving the product, I haven't received a copy of the invoice. Not on paper or via email. An invoice number appears online, but the link doesn't work.
