Your website is great and has improved a lot! There is just one more change that would make it SO much easier for you consumer, although I know it would be much harder for you, and that is to show shipping and handling costs. I know this is a challenge as it varies with every pack size, weight, and hazardous material charge, but if you could set that up, it would greatly improve the site!

The item I needed was not in stock and I was informed after I placed the order. A substitute was offered but I needed the bigger size so the customer service representative who notified me, Verity Moreland, cancelled my order.
