I like that it shows me when items are on back order from Spectrum. I also like that it tells me how much money I need to spend before I hit different discounts when I go to checkout. The only thing that could use some improving is I would like more info for items shipped direct from manufacturer. I have had a few different items that were on back order, but no one ever notified me because they were direct from manufacturer. This definitely needs to be improved; it would be nice to be shown an estimated ship date for those materials same as for the Spectrum housed items.

People were very helpful, got our rush order completed. We had a problem shipping/FEDEX, order never shipped, stayed at “label created”. You had to create another order and ship.
