I submitted a request for a quote through the website. I was promised a response in 48 hours. I did not get a response. I sent another email. Still no response. I had funds that I had to spend by 1 June. As we are a small liberal arts college, I was hoping to obtain a small discount. As 1 June approached and I still had not heard, I ended up placing my order, paying full price. I am really unhappy that I was ignored.

Delivery date listed on order page gives impression item will be delivered in timely manner. However, delivery dates are often pushed farther out less than 24 hours after order confirmation is received. Delivery date on item ordered 3-2-20 was listed as 3-24-20. Spectrum has changed the delivery date 5 times as of this writing. Item still hasn't been delivered as of 4-15-20.

You cancelled products from our order and didn't even notify us. You were completely happy to sell us the other products and make money off of that but would not even warn us of the cancelled products. Horrible ethics.

Once I’ve logged into the site, and need to pull up an item I need to repeatedly relog in when checking pricing or going to the order form. It’s really odd and I’ve reported this issue several time with no meaningful feedback or solution. The problem make concise ordering impossible and a bit of a drag.
