have not gotten my order yet

I have 12-month standing po #19567 that has been overcharged 4 months in a row. Nicole Quinlan credited the first month overage. The last 3 months no one will respond to me about the overages. I have recently contacted Robin Reichow for additional help. Nothing has been replied. Several hundred dollars are due to my company in credit. When we need a quote now, we don't have a sales rep to talk to. Can you let us know who replaced Bruce Kelley please so that we can get efficient quotes.
