Still waiting for product. No communication about delivery.

Why put a product on your website if "There is no valid source available for this material"? Why is the product STILL on your website today?

Your website is not working properly so I had to call the order in. The only buttons available are delete cart, update cart or share cart. Nowhere is there a checkout button. You also have a pop out for "Your opinion", so I tried that, but you can't write anything in or submit any review.

I place an order online paid with credit card more than 8 days ago and still have no tracking number, I have emailed Mrs. Cindy Alcala 3 times for an updated she hasn't even acknowledge my emails. I found that very unprofessional. NOT A SITISFY CUSTOMER
